However, rest assured SEICAA continues to provide essential services and understands the significant impacts our communities are facing during these unprecedented times. Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency Inc. (SEICAA) is a private non-profit organization that has provided a variety of services to low-income, disabled and elderly residents in the seven southeastern Idaho counties since 1969. SEICAA strives to alleviate the devastating effects of poverty through SEICAA’s active mission.

What Sets Us Apart
Most poverty-related organizations focus on a specific area of need, such as job training, health care, housing, or economic development. SEICAA reaches out to low-income people in their communities, address their multiple needs through a comprehensive bi-annual Community Needs Assessment, develop partnerships with other community organizations, involves low-income participants in the Agency’s planning, and administers a full range of coordinated programs designed to have a measurable impact on poverty.
